Multi Millet Hakka Noodles with Desi Masala -70g

Ingredients
  

  • 78g <a href= "https://shop.nativefoodstore.com/product/multi-millet-noodles-with-masala/">Millet Hakka Noodles</a>
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers,broccoli)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked millet noodles
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add Millet Noodles in sufficient boiling water, cook for 5 – 6 minutes, drain the excess water & wash the noodles in running tap water. Add 1l oil, mix well & keep aside.
  • Pour2 tablespoons oil into the pan & sauté the vegetables (Carrot,Cabbage, Capsicum, Green Chilli, French Beans & Spring Onion) for2 minutes on high flame.
