1cupmixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers,broccoli)
2clovesgarlic, minced
1inchpiece of ginger, grated
2tablespoonssoy sauce
1tablespoonrice vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked millet noodles
Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
Add Millet Noodles in sufficient boiling water, cook for 5 – 6 minutes, drain the excess water & wash the noodles in running tap water. Add 1l oil, mix well & keep aside.
Pour2 tablespoons oil into the pan & sauté the vegetables (Carrot,Cabbage, Capsicum, Green Chilli, French Beans & Spring Onion) for2 minutes on high flame.
