Ingredients
  

  • 78 g Millet Hakka Noodles
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers,broccoli)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked millet noodles
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Boil Water: Fill up a large pan with water, then get it boiling. Sprinkle a little salt, if you wish.
