How to Make Millet Baati

- 1 Griddle (Tava)
- 1 Tongs
- 1 Oven
- 1 Knife
- 1 Mixing Spoon
- 1 Measuring Cups and Spoons
- 1 Sieve (Chalni)
- 1 Mixer or Food Processor
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup millet flour
- 1/3 Cup Ghee
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Carom Seeds

Notes
In a mixing bowl, add in all the mentioned ingredients.
* Mix well.
* Make a semi soft dough using water.
* Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
* Shape into baati.
* Bake at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
