High Protein Millet Flour Cheela Recipe With Vegetable

- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Whisk or Spoon
- 1 Frying Pan
- 1 Spatula
- 1 Ladle or Cup
- 1 Knife and cutting board
- 1 Grater
- 1 Plate
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup millet flour
- 1 Cup finely chopped vegetables
- 1/2 tbsp Fresh mint leaves & Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp finely Chopped Green Chilli
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 pinch Baking soda
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add in all the mentioned ingredients, except oil.
- Mix well.And make a thick batter.
- Heat a pan, drizzle little oil. Let it cook.
- Flip and cook from the other side too.
- Cook till done and Crisp. Ready to serve.
